Key staff have over 30 years of internet support experience. From bulletin board systems, then university and commercial internet general access; key staff have experienced first-hand the importance of supporting a dependable connection and working email messaging platform.

Technical background experience in – Cyber Security

Key staff have over 25 years of information system security. This includes email and web browsing malware detection and protection.
Firewalls and security systems, for safer remote user access against cyber-attacks. Experience and training in cyber security defensive suites.

Technical background experience in – Unified Communications

Key staff have over 15 years of VoIP internet based telephone setup experience.
With over 30 years of traditional telephone and telex background, we understand from direct experience what business’ demand from a fully functional telephone system.
As a team, we deploy VoIP (internet telephone systems) using open standard solutions. Today’s Voice over Internet Protocol telephone systems are fully computerised.
